My experience was only as an observer. My daughter was the patient. The atmosphere was welcoming. The front desk management was professional, and genuinely friendly. The physician, Dr. Look, answered all our questions and concerns calmly and patiently. The nurses were efficient and caring. All in all, a very relaxing experience, and as I stated earlier, I wasn’t the patient. My daughter was in very capable, and gentle hands from start to finish.

The staff at Charles County Surgical Arts treated me with excellent care! Katrina was patient and explained everything to me carefully. Dr. Look had a very calm presence that was reassuring when I was nervous. I felt listened to and well cared for. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in our area.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted yesterday morning by Dr. Look and his team. I’ll admit, I was extremely anxious going in due to a previous bad experience with another provider. From the start, Dr. Look’s quiet confidence put me completely at ease. The front desk staff and dental assistants were beyond kind and welcoming — truly top-notch hospitality across the board. The procedure itself was much quicker than I expected. I chose to go with local numbing instead of anesthesia, and it was honestly a breeze. I’m now in the aftercare phase, and I was really impressed that they accommodated my request for liquid medication instead of pills due to my phobia. That level of attentiveness meant a lot. Having teeth pulled can cause serious anxiety for anyone, but Charles County Surgical Arts truly lives up to its name — it’s an art form. They genuinely practice what they preach. I would highly recommend Dr. Look, his team, and the entire practice to anyone in the DMV area

This is an update to the below review: My follow-up visit with Dr. Look and team was exceptional! They were able to fit me in right before the holidays and immediately after I returned home from a trip. They continue to impress! Great care was taken with my tooth extraction and implant procedure. I had to make an edit to my review- my surgeon (Dr. Look) texted me yesterday evening to see how I was feeling. While I know this is probably routine for this practice, my wife and I agreed that regardless, this was an example of a caring staff/team of doctors. Just a great example of them being an extremely welcoming staff and an outstanding team of doctors!

I was recommended to this business for a wisdom tooth extraction by my dentist. Very nice staff and establishment. Dr.Look was very personable and knowledgeable in my questions regarding removing all of my wisdom teeth. He did what was needed. I had very little to no pain in my incision area. Will definitely recommend.
